Subscription FAQs
I need to pause / cancel / update my subscription
To manage your subscription simply click on Manage Subscription. You can also update your order, payment information, shipping information and more.
Can I pause my subscription beyond the upcoming week?
You can only skip the upcoming weeks order. Please make sure you do this before the Tuesday of the week you'd like to skip. Make sure to resume it when you're ready to start again.
When am I billed for my subscription?
You are billed every Tuesday for your subscription. If you need to make updates for that weeks subscription, make sure to do it before the billing day.
When I click on Manage Subscription, it says I have no subscriptions
Make sure you are logged in to our website, so you can see your subscriptions.
I want to update my subscription to 1 portion only
We only offer a single portion for 6 meals. The other options are below as noted on our website.
3 meals x (2, 4, 6 portions)
4 meals x (2, 4, 6 portions)
5 meals x (2, 4, 6 portions)
6 meals x (1, 2, 4 portions)
Where can I see the menu for the week?
The menu is updated to the following week each Wednesday evening, which is our order cut of day.
I was charged a missing bag / ice pack fee. Can I get a refund if I leave them out this coming week?
Yes, once we receive the bags / ice packs, we’ll issue you a refund. We charge $10 each for missing ice packs and cooler bags. We send a reminder text the day of delivery.
How do I get a refund?
