Subscription FAQs

How do I manage, skip, or cancel my subscription?

To manage your subscription, click Manage Subscription. From there, you can update your upcoming delivery, payment method, delivery details, or cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I skip my next delivery?

You can skip your upcoming delivery as long as you do so before 10:00 PM on Sunday, prior to our Monday billing. Once your order has processed, refunds cannot be issued.

When am I billed for my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed every Monday morning. Any changes to your upcoming delivery must be made by 10:00 PM on Sunday before billing occurs.

Can I skip or cancel my very first subscription order?

No. First subscription orders cannot be skipped or canceled once placed. You may begin making changes to future deliveries before they process.

When I click on Manage Subscription, it says I have no subscriptions

Make sure you are logged in to our website, so you can see your subscriptions.

How do I change the number of meals or portion sizes?

If you need to update the number of meals or portion sizes on your subscription, please email delivery@downtoearthcuisine.com with your request. Our team will assist with making the change for a future delivery.

 want to update my subscription to 1 portion only

We only offer a single portion for 6 meals. The other options are below as noted on our website. 
3 meals x (2, 4, 6 portions)
4 meals x (2, 4, 6 portions)
5 meals x (2, 4, 6 portions)
6 meals  x (1, 2, 4 portions)

Where can I see the menu for the week?

You can view our menu on our website. It's updated to the following week each Wednesday evening, which is our order cut of day. 

How do I reheat my meals?

Add the meal to a skillet on medium-high heat for 3-5 min until hot, then enjoy!

I was charged a missing bag / ice pack fee. Can I get a refund if I leave them out this coming week?

Yes, once we receive the bags / ice packs, we’ll issue you a refund. We charge $5 each for missing ice packs and cooler bags. We send a reminder text the day of delivery.

How do I get a refund?
