How does my subscription work?

Subscriptions are billed every Monday, with weekly deliveries on Sundays. You can edit, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before billing.

Canceling my subscription

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. You may cancel your subscription at any time before your weekly Monday billing date. Unfortunately, subscriptions canceled after billing has occurred cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.

Are these meal plans fully customizable?

We don't offer any customization due to the high demand and labor-intensive nature of our business.

What dietary restrictions do you cater to?

We offer vegetarian and carnivore meal options. We also tag meals that are gluten free, vegan, and dairy free as well.

Where can I find the weekly menu?

Menus will be published online, shared on social media, and emailed out one week in advance.

What do I do with the delivery bag and ice packs?

We kindly ask you to leave the bag out front for our driver to collect during your next scheduled delivery. In an effort to reduce waste, a $10 fee will be charged to your account if the insulated bag and ice packs are not returned at that time. This fee helps us maintain our reusable resources and continue to serve you with eco-friendly solutions.

What happens if there is a problem with my delivery test?

On delivery day, you will get email and SMS text notifications when your order is Out for Delivery and Delivered. If you have any issues with your order on delivery day, please email delivery@downtoearthcuisine.com

How can I contact you if I have any other problems?

For any other issues please email delivery@downtoearthcuisine.com. We'll reply to your message within 1 business day.

When is the delivery deadline?

You must place your first order Wednesday by noon for delivery that week. If you place your order after the cutoff, delivery will be made the following week. All deliveries are made between 12 noon and 4 pm every Sunday. 

Do I need to tip the chefs or delivery drivers?

There's no need for tipping, as we pay both our chefs and delivery drivers a living wage to ensure they're well-compensated for their dedication and service.
